- When you contact us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and details of the job, so we can quote for and carry out the work.
- Phone calls: if you reach us through one of our Google ads or our website after clicking an ad, Google may show you a forwarding number and record call details such as the time, duration and your area code, so we can see which adverts lead to calls. The call is connected to our normal phone line.
- Website use: information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit, the advert you clicked and your device and browser type, collected through cookies (see below).
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out the work you ask for (performance of a contract).
- To meet our legal obligations, for example keeping gas safety records and business accounts (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, for example seeing which ads lead to calls (legitimate interests, and your consent where cookies require it).
We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information
We keep job and customer records for up to 6 years for tax and legal purposes, and gas safety records for as long as the law requires. Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.
