KB Heating & Plumbing was founded because Cardiff homeowners deserve a gas engineer they can trust. Kastriot has spent over 20 years working in homes across the city, from the Victorian terraces of Canton and Rhiwbina to the modern apartments of Cardiff Bay. He had seen the damage caused by ageing pipework, neglected boilers and tradesmen cutting corners, and wanted a business where quality and honesty come first.
KB Heating & Plumbing is not a national call centre. When your boiler breaks down on a cold Welsh winter morning or you suspect a gas leak in your home, you speak directly to an experienced engineer who treats your property with respect. Kastriot’s reputation across Cardiff comes from reliable work, straight talking and turning up when he says he will. Many homeowners come back time and again.
In 2026, KB Heating & Plumbing won Gas Engineering & Plumbing Services of the Year for Glamorgan at the Prestige Awards. Winners are chosen by a panel of judges who review each business’s submission alongside its customer reviews and online presence.
KB Heating & Plumbing provides gas engineering and plumbing services across Cardiff and South Wales, from the city centre out to the outskirts. We aim to reach you quickly, and most local callouts are attended the same day.
